NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT COUNTERFEIT ADA

We, ADA Vietnam APT have recently learned of counterfeit ADA products manufactured illegally with ADA OLD logo being sold in Vietnam.

While these products bear ADA OLD logo, cost significantly lower than an original ADA products and can appear extremely similar to the genuine item at first glance, the quality, internal components and performance fail to meet ADA standards. Please be warned that the use of counterfeit product(s)

may cause problems for the aquarium and may toxic to aquatic life and aquatic plants in the tank.

To avoid any problems with fakes please;

1. Purchase products only through ADA authorized distributors, dealers and resellers to avoid any counterfeits.
2. Beware of ADA products offered to you at a cheap price than you normally would be able to obtain from the authorized distributors. Do not purchase from such suspicious sources both online or offline.
3. Do not purchase product when the packaging has been resealed, reused or tampered with in any way.

The only way to be sure you’re buying a genuine ADA product is to buy directly from a ADA authorized distributor, dealer or reseller.
